Q: Which countries can you ship to?
A: We mainly deliver to North America and Australia/New Zealand. We do not deliver to any address in a country or region in which there is a war, conflict, or instability of any kind, or to places to which it is illegal for Snowshred to deliver to (for example when there is a trade embargo).
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes, please contact our customer service,but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.

I bought this set for my Alaska trip. It worked great and held up really well plus I loved how it looked. I do think it ran a little small in the pants but it still fit me pretty good.

The fabric of the pants are ok, not very thin and not very thick. And they have a good fit.But I love the jacket more. I wear the jacket all the time. Everywhere I go I get the "OMG, I love your jacket". I love the pockets, the color, the design and how high the collar is. If I end up needing another jacket, I will def buy this one again!
